Being the current Founder, Chairman & CEO of Tatweer, Dr. Fahmy sought to build a firm on the belief that cultivating a new generation of young professionals through the establishment of Tatweer International – Learning Technology and its innovative e-learning solutions. Dr. Fahmy is also the current VP of Corporate Strategy at Logic Consulting Group and has over 25 years of experience in the field of management, strategy formulation, strategic planning and business development.

Mr. Osman has over 15 years experience in the fields of Management, Strategy and Marketing Consulting. Mr. Osman is a founder and the current Chairman and CEO of LOGIC Consulting Group, one of the leading consulting firms in the region.Mr. Osman also sits on the Board of Directors of several leading NGO’s, companies and associations in Egypt.

As the current Vice President of Vantage Group, Wael Eweida has up to 27 years of management and operations experience working in the Egyptian, the Middle Eastern and European markets. Over the years, Eweida has led and participated in more than 35 project openings in hotels and startup companies.In addition, Eweida was one of few selected executives around the world to be certified by Marriott Corporation as a know-how developer.

Eng. Abdallah was the Chief Business Officer for Vodafone Egypt. Before that Abdallah has been the Chief Strategy Officer for Vodafone Egypt. He led shifting the strategy of Vodafone Egypt from Voice only mobile company to a Total Solutions Provider voice/data and fixed/mobile. Before joining Vodafone in 2006, Abdallah has been the CEO of Raya Holding responsible for the growing Telecom line of business. Eng sits on the Board of Directors of several private companies and is an expert in Technology.

In addition to having over 16 years of sales management and training experience with major multinational companies, Mr. Abbas was chosen as one of best five sales trainers in 2006 by the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management – UK and nominated for its BESMA award.Throughout his professional career, he conducted professional consultancy, training and operational management, covering a wide range of industries including: telecommunications, FMCG, beverages, paints, advertising, restaurants and insurance across the MENA and Levant.

Dr. Shalaby has more than 22 years of experience in marketing, sales and information system management, working with local and international organizations. He currently is the CEO at century21 Teba Realty -An international firm with offices in more than 55 countries worldwide – working in real estate marketing and consultations. He is the General Secretary to The Arabian Real Estate Association (AREA) and a member in the Arabian Union For Real Estate Development (AURD).

Eng. Tarek El Gamal is a consultant engineer of quality control and testing structures. He has founded and served on the boards of a number of companies throughout his career in the fields of real estate, medical services, food industries, concrete products, agricultural development and education. He is also founder, board member and member of several recognized business associations, NGO’s and civil society organizations in Egypt.

As the current CEO of Ahram Security Group (ASG) Mr. Aref has lead and expanded one of Egypt’s current leading private investment groups. ASG possesses a solid foundation in the lock industry and has capitalized on Egypt’s investment-rich economic climate to aggressively expand into end-users, contractors, projects and export sectors. As a result ASG has now emerged as a market leader in the lock industry and is recognized within the Egyptian market with more than 50% market share.

PDF is one of Egypt's largest most distinguished NGO's with the highest exposure in classroom training of recent graduates since its establishment in 1998. Over the past 10 years PDF has qualified and trained 6,000 learners per year accumulating to 60,000 learners over the past 10 year with a 93% employment rate. PDF has partnered with Tatweer to develop an online employability program to better increase their outreach to the increasing number of annual graduates starting from 2012.
