Aptitude Tests
Aptitude tests are structured systematic ways of evaluating how people perform on tasks or react to different situations.
- Ability test: Measures the verbal (ability to evaluate the logical order of a sentence or the logic of given statements, among other comprehension skills) and numerical (basic mathematics) reasoning of an individual test-taker.
- English and Computer placement exams: Measures the language and computer skills of potential e-learners for better placement in current jobs or for constructing training plans accordingly.
Psychometric Tests
Through these assessments, employers gain an understanding of the behavioral patterns, intelligence, aptitude and personality of both current employees and job applicants, aiding them in hiring and developing staff.
